I can't get justin.tv to work with any live game. I press the link but all I get is "Not broadcasting". I can watch old games by the same user though. Tried justin.tv with both firefox and IE at least 20 times with different streams. I have the latest flashplayer.

What can I do to get it to work?

    Good one uggla

@zebra11, you can always give these two threads a read :

It's also quite easy to "find" the direct url so you can watch it in your own FLV Player.

    Go to:

    http://live.justin.tv/find/live_user_[username].csv

In [username] you fill the username of the guy who broadcasts.

    For example:

    http://live.justin.tv/find/live_user_polsports.csv

If the stream is online that link will give you something like this:

    location,type,name,node_name
    38.99.50.73:1940,location,live_user_polsports,batm an-8_node_r1940

So the direct link will be:

    rtmp://38.99.50.73:1940/live_user_polsports

Sometimes useful if Justin.tv - Live Streaming Video is very slow again....

I did need it But it doesn't work with protected streams strange enough...
It can also be useful if you always get the "not broadcasting" error.

And you're able to do the same thing with Mogulus streams, but for Mogulus the links always stay the same, like:

    rtmp://75.101.154.223/mogulus/[channel]/[identifier]

But you first need to know the [identifier], what's impossible to know without contacting the streamer. But it's often just "stream".

For Mogulus it can be useful because the link néver changes. And sometimes, when the stream at Mogulus.com got down, that link still works. Can be useful at busy streams, or streams with stupid banners. Because you won't see banners/stickers with the link above. But that's offtopic.

I tried Paganitzus thing but my browser is just trying to download a csv file. So either I did something wrong or that didn't work.

Been in contact with justin.tv but they couldn't tell me anything useful. I get more help here!

Also I find ugglas post just cryptic.

Would like to know more about Paganitzus workaround... yes screenshots!

It supports FLV but not rtmp which is the flash streaming protocol.

So I tried justin.tv on a lousy Celeron laptop with the same Internet connection my stationary computer uses and it worked like a charm.

I was looking around some more on the Internet for a resolution but all I found was more people with the exact same problem and no solution.

So it's up to you guys. Something is causing this problem and I can't figure out what.

@Uggla: Sorry my first language is not english. I think the problem for me to understand you is that you write like you speak and don't use any full stops or commas.
