How do I obtain a USA Ip address. I am currently in the UK and some streams are blocked unless you have a USA Ip address.

A bit more of a complicated setup (but guaranteed to work) is looking into VPS hosting in the US. Then add a proxy server with password protection etc. Some US hosting companies will help you with this setup as long as you explain it's not for public use but a private single user situation.
