This is due to the fact pompey missed their payment of 9m to the previous owner gaydamak (I think thats how its spelt not sure)
4 Owners in less than a year
The last 3 pretty much being billionaires, and yet they wont invest sh*t, tight wads
Ever since the fa cup win and Mandaric leaving, the club has been in free fall, maybe the best option is administration if they do get relegated, because i can't see this "fourth owner" lasting long either, rules need to be put in place so these potential owners have to show the colour of their money and not mortgage against clubs assets, ie the stadium etc.
