Is their a way to record a football stream?

Hi guys.
Because I work evenings I miss some of the monday matches. There is a tasty league one fixture with Leeds United and Millwall on Monday night on Sky Sports and no doubt on one of the streams however Im not sure as yet which software this will be shown on (ie Media player,sopcast etc).

Is there a way of recording the stream via a seperate program so I can watch the stream at midnight when Im home.?

i think you need to know what program is streaming it 1st !! you might be better putting a request in and download it when you get home
